SMS / Text Messaging Terms

1. Introduction

Reify Consulting LLC (“Reify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may send customer-care text messages to opted-in client contacts about active support requests and delivery work. This page explains how SMS works for our support line.

2. Number and Purpose

Our support number is +1 (817) 776-4160. Messages sent from this number are for customer care only, such as acknowledging inbound texts or missed calls, providing ticket or status updates, and coordinating next steps on existing engagements. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

3. How You Opt In

You may opt in to customer-care text messages in either of the following ways:

• Text our support number first. We treat your inbound text as consent to receive related customer-care replies.
• During onboarding or an active engagement, provide your mobile number and agree, in writing or on a call, to receive support-related text messages.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving our services.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. While a request is active, you should expect typically fewer than 20 messages per month per contact.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages from this number unless you resubscribe by replying START or opt in again.

8. Privacy
